Social media is a computer-based network that enables people to interact with friends and families through an internet connection.Social Media sites are the most visited website in comparison to any other websites.People chat and share pictures, videos, audios, views, opinions, activities, etc.It becomes an addiction when people start to spend more and more time on social networking sites.They become obsessed with updating their status and check in to view the number of Likes and comments.People undergo emotional depression as a result of social media addiction.Children begin to lose interest in studies and lack of concentration.Adults start showing low productivity at work.It would help if people take time out for self-reflection and curb their desire to checkin social networking sites.People can curb their social media addiction if they take control of their actions.

My school is Maliyadeva College. My school was started on September 30, 1888. It is a Buddhist school in Sri Lanka. It was also directed by Henry Steele Olcott. My school is one of the most popular schools in Sri Lanka. It is also a national school. Our motto is "Knowledge is a jewel to man". Our school teaches from grade 1 to grade 13 and there are 350 staff. There are many talents in the fields of arts, commerce, science, mathematics and sports. 6500 students are studying. Sigiriya is one of the famous and most attractive place in sri lanka.sigiriya means lion's rock. Hight of the rock is around 200 meters. According to the history of sri lanka this rock used as akindom in sri lanka by king kashyapa in 5th century. This rock is One of the UNESCO heritages in sri lanka. Sigiriya kingdom consists with all ruins such as flower gardens , lake , caves etc.. Sigiriya is strong evidence that ancient Sri Lanka had many advanced technologies .Most of the people climb sigiriya in order to watch drawing of maidens. These are very beautiful ❤️
